Fuck I love these games. The outlast series (hopefully) has made its way to my top 5 games. I understand it has a few flaws. But the enjoyment i have gotten from outlast, and whistleblower is right up there with any other game.
I'm looking forward to any news about the future of outlast. Any new game or DLC will be a day 1 for me.
I finally got around to finishing Outlast today! Amazing game. Then just for fun I ran threw whistleblower right after. Also amazing!

I totally get the reason for delaying games. There not ready when they thought they would be and something needs more work. I get it.
But almost every game in the last 6 months has or was delayed to some extent, and it seems like almost every game still to be realeased has been or will be delayed. I'm actually getting choked. Developers need to either put they're publishers in check so they stop announcing games so early, or figure they're own shit out.

I'm really glad I rented this game. I really wanted to like it. But I just couldn't get into it. Maybe I have been spoiled by the arkham series, but the controls are just so clunky it's hard to get into it. And the news reports get really annoying after doing any little side mission really fast.
At least the swinging is leaps and bounds better then any of his last games. But the precision still isn't there.

Yeah I know right lol as soon as I knew they were behind me I just ran away until they weren't there anymore. Unless I was in a dead end, then I just used one of my many flares and ran past her. Such a shame. Good game, but it wasn't worth the price. And I got it for 9.99 with my ps+. I'd say it should have been 5 bucks.
I beat this game in about an hour and a half first day of release. The atmosphere was really good. But it wasn't scary or hard at all. I was expecting outlast level of scary. Such a shame because it was interesting.
I believe marvel/Disney still own the rights to all they're characters for video games. Not films, just video games. But they license them out to developers, who in turn contract that out to developers to make. They could pull there licenses back from the publishers at any time then choose the developer themselves. I'm not sure what that would take though. They may need to pay for a broken contract since those publishers wouldn't be able to make there money off of it anymore.
I haven't played it yet. I'm waiting for it to be at the store to rent cuz I know it's not worth the purchase. But i have read more then a few reviews. It seems to be incredibly mediocre. Not bad but not great. It could be worth a play as long as ur not expecting the arkham of spider-man games. That's what MOST of the reviews i have read say. Some say its piss poor. But I'll give it a shot and see.

Yeah I have played call of Juarez. Didn't get into it. But with dying lights mix of dead island, and mirrors edge I'll keep my hopes up for now

And in response to your reply to my comment up top, I have my PS4, X1 and WiiU all hooked up to my tv in my living room. I don't have room to keep it hooked up with the rest. Plus I would have to unplug and replug everything in. There's a lot of wires to go threw back there.
I could never go back to COD after playing titanfall. Whether you can jump higher or not. Wall running and titans just put it over the top for me. But that's my opinion. Everyone's is valid. No trolling here.
Not a fanboy, I own both companies last gen and current gen systems. And I actually use my PS4. But if you go and look at the numbers the X1 is doing very well. It's actually doing better then the 360 was at this time. It just looks bad by comparison with the PS4.

This is by far the best reason I have heard lol everyone wants to pull out GTA here and there to just mess around. If I ever get my old copy back anyway. It's such a hassle to pull out my old system.
Look, we all know this game will sell incredibly well. Doesn't matter what anyone says. With roughly 11 or 12 million next gen systems, i would bet good money that they will sell several million MORE copies.

This is one of my most anticipated games of this year. I pre ordered it not too long ago. Everything I have read and or seen is awesome so far. There's so much potential and I loved dead island despite its flaws.
The silence on this game is a little worrying, but I have hope.
Lose this whole idea. I was so excited when I heard there was a new legacy game coming. Then I heard about what it is.
They need to reboot this series with Kain.

I just hope they improve the 3D. I barely played with it on in Y. Every time I turned it on it started to stutter really badly. Otherwise fun game.
