That’s a good point and I think that’s what most people do. I do fanboy out for certain developers. There are a few that I have a significant amount of faith in and give them the benefit of the doubt even when I’m not liking the previews (rocksteady). I go against my own logic, that’s fanboyism.

Nah. Waste imo. Insomniac is top tier. I’d really like to see them make a hulk game but that’s also a waste. Anyone could make a good hulk game. We need a complex classic character with good enemies. Spider-Man and Wolverine are definitely in that bracket. Black Panther though? Ehhh..
I’m really excited to go back to the system shock games as a huge fan of the bioshock series. I played some of system shock 2 on PC and the beginning is basically like bioshock. “Find a wrench” type of intro got me hyped enough to let it rest and wait for the remake.

I just want good games. Diversity for the sake of diversity might make a better workplace but what does it contribute to the product? Nobody says “I like this game because it was made by equal representation of race, sex, creeds and religions.”.
We have zero idea who these people are aside from the directors most of the time and we don’t care. You’re either a solid team with chemistry or you’re not and we know which ones are which by the product alone.
