I've bought/played all 3 Rock Band titles and loved each one.
Easily spent about $600 bucks on DLC across all 3, as well.
I hope they decide to create a new music game or a "Rock Band 4" when the next gen hits.
I have a feeling they will show us the PS4 and it's features on Wednesday (along with "demos" of what games will look like on it), but save the game announcements for E3.
Yup. Official.

I honestly don't trust reviews. Period.
If I want to play a game, I'm going to play it -- and make up my own mind about it.
Everyone has their own opinion.
I was so excited when this game came out. I played/loved the first 2 on PC.
My Wife an I had just bought our house in September of 2008, and after weeks of cleaning/painting/moving in -- when this came out in the end of October, I couldn't wait to just sit down on my couch, relax, and explore the wasteland. Sadly, my PS3 would get the YLOD 2 months later and I wouldn't get to finish/100% the game until a few months after that.
Truth be told, I enjoyed "Ne...
Don't believe it unless Sony/ND makes an official announcement. It just sounds like someone in the game retail world trying to be a troll. haha.
Even GameStop.com changed the release date to June, then back to May 7th.
"a sequel portrays events set in the same fictional universe as an earlier work, usually chronologically following the events of that work."
The GTA sequels are a continuation of the same on-going fictional world that R* has created. The main characters may change, but some characters return and make small cameos. We've seen San Andreas in the 90's, now we will return there in present day when GTAV comes out.
You could even say that the cities themse...
...What? How is GTA5 not a sequel? You may want to look up the definition.
I hear you. I skipped every NFL game between 2006 and 2010. When I finally decided to pick up Madden NFL '11,
only then did I feel/see a big leap between the games.
I'm thinking I may pass on anymore Madden games this gen and wait till Madden makes it's debut on XBOX720/PS4.
I felt Connor's story was pretty well rounded. I wouldn't hate it if they moved on to a new Assassin, but wouldn't dislike another Connor game either.
I just hope the next game includes more of those naval missions.
This is why we are not ready for a "Digital Only" generation. The current generation consoles can't even get it right, in fear that someone is trying to scam them. If you have a lot of digital downloads on your Wii, 360, or PS3, there are too many hoops to jump through if you need/want to swap your console for a new one.
What I want is for them to say "Oh yeah, at E3 last year, you were already introduced to next-gen titles -- Beyond, Watch_Dogs, Star Wars 1313, etc. BOOM.
I loved "Severed" for Dead Space 2. Kinda wish they had released more DLC episodes like that.
Watch it just be the "PSVita Go" or something. :P
With both Microsoft and Sony teasing their official announcements of the next consoles, I so can not wait for this year's E3.
I agree. Sure, it wasn't as "funny" as previous GTA's, but I did still enjoy it. I loved the 2 DLC episodes as well.
I think we can all agree that it was the Liberty City (ahemNEWYORKahem) setting that people didn't enjoy as much a second time around (4th time, if you count GTA1 and GTA: Liberty City Stories).
Vice City and San Andreas just have a better vibe.
@CommonSenseGamer
The "online pass" was not created/introduced by Sony. Both PS3 and XBOX have it on select games. Now please change your N4G ID...
I didn't say everyone who owns a Vita owns a PS3. I said "Chances are."
Most people I've been seeing complain are mentioning the "cross buy" feature, which would imply that.. They own a PS3.
Sorry you don't own one. Your complaint is then justified. Now go buy a 3DS.
I don't understand why so many people are crying over this.
If you own a VITA, chances are you own a PS3. So.... you're STILL getting to play the game! Who cares if it's not coming out on the fancy $300 handheld you just had-to-have at launch? You still will get to play it. Get over it.
I'd rather Capcom release a completely new/original RE title for the VITA (you know, like the announced "Resident Evil Portable" for PSP some years back?)
I think what the article is trying to say is that the game itself will be "infectious."
Meaning, everyone who plays it will be talking about it.
It will spread by word-of-mouth.
I've been wanting to pick that up for my PS3.
Would love to continue learning my guitar.
But, I need to buy some new strings for it first.
