This is just showcasing how gaming is penetrating the main stream market. I'm all for it!
China is a huge piece of a pie that Activision haven't been able to penetrate. This move by them makes sense and if it catches we may see some heavy eSport penetration in that market. Only time will tell
When I was spending every other day at the arcade when I was 5.
Great article and suggestions ......I Just wish GFX cards weren't so dam expensive.....I'll stay on my console for quite some time.
Please Microsoft....no Kinect 3.0 .....
Nice, these destructive hackers need to be stopped.
Great list, I can't wait for Grim Fandango! Loved that game, and I think enough time has passed that I won't remember all the solutions :)
Ubisoft had a terrible year imo. I hope they learn from their mistakes.
I hope they bring us a game that is ready to go from launch. So many titles seem to come out broken these days.
I'm actually looking forward to the story mode, and the fact that its being done by Telltale just makes me more excited
I loved South Park's Stick of Truth, haven't laughed that much, playing a game, since the Monkey Island series.
Another reason for me to be even poorer this Christmas. Hello Credit Card.
I think when u see violence in video games that it slightly desensitizes you over time to violence in real life. That being said, I don't believe it prompts you to be more violent at all.
If anything I think that you can be calmer in violent situations, where others would panic.
Looks really good!
*since Black Ops 2 they were introduced in Black Ops 2* Sorry for that meant to read: Since they were introduced in Black Ops 2.
Micro transactions are so popular in Call of Duty, since Black Ops 2 they were introduced in Black Ops 2. I think these will sell extremely fast, I just wish they placed a limit on the individual items (would make them more exclusive).
It is a bit disappointing that Wildstar was so hyped by their own product developer. Wish it could of lived up to the raised expectations, sadly not.
Haven't touched any of these games yet. I foresee an exciting month of gaming ahead for me!
Lets be honest, the xbox one had a terrible launch. They marketed their console to a market that was simply not interested. The US were the only ones to really gain anything out of the media package on offer.
That being said, the market was in thier favor thanks to the 360 providing the superior UI. I believe they have the potential to claw thier way back into thr fight of the console wars but its going to be an uphill struggle after ps4's dominance in 2014.
...
No. I think the console dev's are throwing much more money at the titles.
This could be viewed as a step back in gaming as it slows down breakthrough game development.
