Why a lot of people don't like/aren't interested in fighting games is that it's one of THEE hardest genres to excel greatly in. Then people try to belittle the games by saying "It's just punching and kicking" only masking the fact that they absolutely blow at playing them.
Yeah a n00b can get lucky and get a kill on an experienced player in COD or Halo but it's usually highly unlikely given the same situation in say SFIV, Blaze Blue or MvC. Noobs will get on those games...

I was just talking about this today. I think if this game sells well, it could really open up many developers eyes and show them the profit thats to be had from actually putting effort into videogames based off of comicbooks. Most that come out are C grade at best (except for your Ultimate Alliance/Legends and MvC's). Wolverine was decent too. Not enough to warrant a "buy" from me though.

I still can't remember the last time I saw a PS3 commercial (On TV). I'll face palm if they give Uncharted 2 the same weak ass marketing support they gave Killzone 2. That still doesn't make any sense to me. With the right marketing campaign for that game, it probably could've sold double then it has already. If not more.
