I think a lot of people got over the fact that the game is 5-90 min game.
Gameplay is fun and all the mechanics in the game work really well.
However, there is no boss fight and not really a proper ending so people will be disappointed over these things.
I hope that was a copy and paste
you mean in your face Sony,
MS just stole 27% potential sales from a game that could have been a sony exclusive.
Be worried. its probably going happen more often.
Well that or early access anyway.
call it whatever you like demo, prologue, DLC. only thing we know is that this game content would probably not get released with phantom pain.
is it over priced? yes it is.
Is the game short? yes it is.
I am slightly dissapointed in the title for other reasons though.
- No codec conversations.
- No Boss Fight.
- Not really a proper ending to the game.
- Cutscenes from story mission has been shown in tr...
Probably the safer option to buy Ground Zeroes second hand when most people will be trading it in soon.
surprised about MGS tbh.
PS4 version selling more than PS3 version. I guess a big majority of MGS fans have moved onto next gen already. Or it could jsut be PS4 owners desperate for a new game.
360 and X1 is obvious why sales were lower. just most fans buy it on PS.
I'm impressed with the overall sales of MGSV though, but I am guessing all version would drop of the top10 next week.
good for ubi to release free map packs. but AC is not really a MP game.
Also the MT is mainly for MP anyway so obviously they want people to play MP for longer.
But as I said before, Ubisoft didn't really need to give the map pack away for free so good for them.
On a completely unrealted topic. How much money do you think GTA online made?
I agree, but it kinda takes the point of having bots in the first place.
Why not just make it 6vs6?
having bots in the game just makes it feel like the game would have benefited if it had 32vs32 and no bots.
drivatars could easily be done when the race starts and all the drivers data is loaded on. it does not need to actually compute the data offsite. Actually all it seems to be is storing drivatar data and then users download it. way to test my theory is start a race and then disconnect your internet connection. If the raceres still race like drivatars then its just loading old data, if it isn't then it means that its doing live computing offsite.
That aside I've heard p...
i think the 30 ping, instant matchmaking and no lag you enjoy has nothing to do with the azure servers (or the cloud compute) its just got more to do with the quality of the online servers itself.
If Xbone needed to have a constant internet connection than more developers would probably use the cloud to compute some data but since Xbone changed its policy and doesnt require users to be online not many devs are going to bother unless its an online only game.
Anyone know if MS cahrges devs to use this? would it be similar to renting server space?
@grimlash
I think you have misunderstood cloud. Cloud is more broad then you think, you are thinking of cloud storage. Steam uses cloud storage to store save game data so that they can load the file from anywhere.
Microsoft Azure is Cloud computing which is basically offloading computing processes offsite therefore not needing the local machine to be as powerful as it should be.
Sony's Cloud is offloading the whole computing process offsite ...
Ouya is basically used for emulators.
Other than that ouya is pointless and a waste of time. Also the console would only get older and older when compared to the every growing android devices.
actually would be great if 360 numbers sucked. It would show that people are moving onto next gen and devs can stop creating games for the older platforms.
However, if sales did suck for 360 then i would feel sorry for bluepoint. They have made some pretty good HD ports.
you are correct, the game is available for PC, 360 and X1.
if you want to cmpare X1 titanfall to infamous then its a little unfair since PS4 has almost double install base and Titanfall has split userbase (X1,360 & PC).
However if titanfall X1 does sell more than Infamous then it kinda shows MS did good job for getting exclusivity rights.
illumiroom didnt make sense. it was a projector that projects images outisde of the tv. then whats the point of the tv? might aswell get a projector.
VR is going to be about the price. its going to be expensive and hardly anyones going to bother. Therefore devs would probably not give a crap.
I do beleive ocolus rift and morpheus existing together will benefit each other. would create a bigger user base therefore more chances of devs jumping in.
for price lets compare it to other products
Sony HMZ-t2 in UK cost £999.99
http://www.sony.co.uk/elect...
lets presume if it was in US it would be $999.99
this has 2 OLED screens, probably very expensive so morpheus would probably be 50% cheaper. $499.99
Since it would be released on a console it couldd be subsidised because of the game s...
very true. that review hardly said anything and I would have guessed all that information from watching the trailers.
You gave a more detailed description of the game but came to a similar conclusion at the end.
Basically if you a fan of shounen jump then buy this game. You probably enjoy it just for the sake of having anime/manga crossovers.
If you not a fan of jump then dont buy. Combat system is basic and not worth any attention.
...
They had to be clear just so that no one would make comparisons between reveal trailer running on super PC compared to next gen console versions.
