not too interested in the mp side, but i guess that could be a great addition for people planning to play this co-op. im more interested in switching players by yourself and hopefully create better combat mechanics.
i've heavilly criticised arkham games for its combat system, but i must admit this thing sounds pretty cool. guess they did something that was taken away from ffxv.
i was probably going to buy this game anyway, but now i think i will definitely get it, maybe even preorder/day1.

i understand what mods can do for a game and some total conversions were amazing. its been a long long time since i have gamed on my pc so i dont really know what its like these days.
mods has been a hobby type thing, but why cant they make it into a job or atleast something that can pay a little for their time?
can people still use mods created outside this steamworkshop thing?
but its just a newish concept and would probably be a gold mine to them when everyone starts making mods exclusively for steam.

however you didnt really need to catch him out like that and you dont have to live in japan to get a psx. i do agree that we should stop it with the psx though, it was a prototype name.

no one ever called the slim PSone psx, we always called that. PSone. we called the original ps psx because of the codenames it had ...
ive only played 1&2 and wasnt good at it at all.
im guessing that it had to do with level design. as games evolved through the generations, level designs took a more realistic approach.
people just need to let it go. do we really need to speculate if he is in this game or not?
i kinda agree with you, however not many people can afford that high price for gaming.
i personally dont mind paying more since i will get a good few years out of that product but the majority will complain about the prices.

I also think that MS and Sony got fed up with not making profit from their consoles so this time round they made sure that they wont be making a loss from each console sold from the start.
im not surprised at all. the 3rd quarter was when the xbone launched. didnt they sell a whole bunch in the first 24hours? was record breaking due to it launching in lots of territories day1.
this article is talking about revenue from xbox division and not talking about how fun the games are.
as gamers we shouldn't really need to worry anout these figures too much. as long as it isn't doing too bad then we can be sure that both consoles would still be around in a few years and they would still be getting the multiplats that we expect.
ill admit that it made casual combat amazing, but thats how far it can go. it does make the action look good and it is very smooth between all animations.
its just missing the complexity in battles. i havent completed arkham city so i cant say much about the boss battles, but arkham asylum boss battles sucked.
Games like dmc, ninja gaiden or even PoP (2006?) had a more complex mechanics and made it fun to pull off combos. but obviously they were a little hard...
i personally think that 1 big game a month is a good pace. so having 4 or 5 big exclusives is good enough to differentiate itself to its competitors.
fall normally has lots of big third party multiplats anyway and this year we will have mgs coming out in september. battlefront in november

can people stop this with all the hayter interrogation or whatever? if he is involved in the game he would not admit or maybe even lie about it. if he isnt then he is always reminded by fans that he is not playing the role of snake which he did for years.
hayter has been a great snake and even took a paycut(?) to get as many original staff back to do the twin snakes.
