When talking about graphics alone you shouldn't really use its an openworld as an excuse.

the design of the game wont change drastically, it has to keep close to the cod design, they cant be too different between each iteration unless they decided that this one would change the design for future iterations aswell.
silent protaginists gives more of a feel that it is you. only differrnce is the npc doing the talking for you,
south park in a way laughs at this concept by making the protaginist a mute. well not really a mute but so esone that just doesnt speak, havent completed the game yet so maybe they actually explain why protaginist doesnt speak,
good for you thqt you are playing your wiiu more. just doesnt stop the fact that it is failing.
wiiu has good games coming like the games you listed but there is no multiplats holding it up. if wiiu is your only comsole than it would feel like a games drought.

WiiU is failing big time.
NES, SNES, N64 & GC had great graphics when it was released.
Wii had the wiimote which made group gamings amazingly fun and less geeky.
WiiU has outdated graphics with barely any 3rd party support. Most people thought that they would atleast get all the 360/PS3 multiplats but that never happened.
The future for WiiU is not bright.
PS4 sales is inline with Wii sales atm which is great, but...

its understandable if you feel that way. I think he is okay. But voice should always be done by profeccional voice actors. They havea wide arange of different voices.

Now that is out of the way, enjoy the journey to LVL 50. Play every instance atleast 4 times. It helps you practice your class and helps you understand all the other classes.
