Woow... the ps3 is such a monster! Look at the quantity, variety and quality! RPGs, Tactic RPG, Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Racing, FPS, TPS, MMO RPG. Insane!

Thanks for the explanation. If those 3DS specs are true, I don't know why developers said "it's almost a x360/PS3", maybe the engines (MT Framework Mobile etc) are really helping the 3DS.
If you compare DS games and 3DS games you will see that the 3DS is more than an upgrade + 3D but it's just not as powerful as the PSP2.
DS is as powerful as a N64 but 3DS is as poweful as a Wii (or even more), it's a big jump.
I will buy both portable machines, but now my preference is the 3DS because of the line up:
SSFIV3D
Mario Kart
Mario Bros
Kid Icarus
RE Revelations
Dragon Quest
Professor L...

Please, read my source, it's 8+ hours playing 3DS games without 3D effect. The information is coming from Nintendo itself.

I disagree with you. Super Mario Galaxy 2 has a lot of new features and elements, you can clearly see innovation and creativity in this game. Being a 3D Mario game won't make it similar to Mario 64.

DKC Returns looks worse than the snes version (in your opinion) because the snes version is one of the best platform games of all time, it's hard to replicate such incredible experience.
However, DKC Returns is an amazing game and I think you should play it.
