Genius move IMO big time
Very genius of Microsoft to give devs the tools for different inputs on their games on a variety of devices. They will beat google.
Google is stupid to not launch a physical hardware for those in countries and areas with terrible internet issues. It would have gave them more reach with Stadia to grow worldwide. Microsoft is very smart with their Xcloud strategy and will beat Google in the cloud streaming tech.
Facts the company that executes cloud streaming will have an advantage in the stream wars and my money is on cloud azure master Microsoft.
Google can't compete without great new ip exclusives and a better controller design because that thing looks ridiculous. They do have the funds and tech to compete but it takes more than that to make a name for yourself in gaming like Nintendo Sony and Microsoft has accomplished. If they were smart they should have launched a physical console as well with great design.
Can't wait to test it out. Microsoft you better execute this plan quickly before Google.

Me either bad practice for any brand. 3rd party games should be 3rd party. But let's say it's true Sony should allow GTA to be multiplat because many will hate Sony for denying the series to other consoles except ps fanboys. Rockstar will not make those lifetime sales their used to if this happens.
If this is true you could bet Microsoft will acquire more than one AAA studio like Project Red and more. I doubt it's true though this might be Sonys way of creating buzz to counter Xbox E3 2019 which is clever.

Sony really doesn't want to play the studio battle with a serious Microsoft right now. If they acquire Take 2 Microsoft will buy more AAA studios to outdo them. It will be a bad practice for the industry but it can happen.
Then you haven't been paying attention. Sony already tried to bring ps games to other platforms but they failed at it so they went out looking for cloud engineers. Nintendo also wants an cloud gaming ecosystem because their online gaming is terrible so that leaves Microsoft which is the only company with expertise and cloud engineers to pull it off.
Game looks like another part of the last of us from a different narrative.
This needs to happen in reality.
Harrison is already failing the pr message with this quote for gaming. Instead of being humble about his entry into the gaming market with Google he is already talking about a corporate takeover smh. Pride comes before the fall Harrison.
