I felt the same way with Uncharted I felt that 2 was better than 3. Same goes with Killzone. I think bolth 3rd games were good just didn't have the same wow factor as the number 2s. I think the leap from the previous games had a lot to do with that. I think the PS4 will fix all of that.

What you are suggesting would spell complete doom if they did that. There is no way I would ever buy a console from them again if they did that. I just got my kids a WiiU for xmas. who cares it will flop anyway. What is the point of this system. Why not just sell a controll that connects to your phone and play that way. I can hook up my GS3 to a tv and use a controller. My phone has better specs anyway.
You don't make any sense. There is just as much difference between the gamecube and the wii as there is between the wii and the wiiu. Gamecube to the wii added motion controls and limited online capabilites. Wii to wiiu added a tablet like controller and upgraded online capabilities (minimal).

The game that will never be would be so much fun is to take characters from each console (xbox, PS, nintendo) and just have one huge game. Have the game work on all platforms. There gaming division is just fine. They put out great games year after year. Sony's problem is they don't know how to advertise. There comercials don't showcase the games and that is if you even see one.

Weather it is or not doesn't even matter. third party titles didn't sell on the wii and it doesn't seem like that is going to change with the wiiu. I bought a wiiu for my kids the only titles they want on that system envolve Mario, Kirby, and Zelda. They only want the games that you can only get on nintendo. Single player is the same. All you are doing is upping the player cap. in multiplayer. But like I said AI and physics all the same. You have all this extra power and yet all you get is a visual upgrade. Guess that will change for pc when you get ports of the next gen consoles. I would be all for pc gaming (cheaper games) but to many console exclusives and not much difference between pc and console titles.
Funny thing about that while your pc game has better graphics (which is nice) the gameplay was exactly the same as consoles. Nothing better no improvement in AI or physics. So with all that shine you still get the same game. Now if a pc game that is also on consoles would be better in more areas then just graphics maybe I would build a gaming pc again.
I'm 34 with a bunch of kids so when I finally have time for a break nothing relieves stress like gaming.
