This looks good to support the following countries that he states where HD is almost non-existent in, and boost game development in these countries as well. If i remember right mainstream game consoles are pretty damn expensive in those parts.

Realistically, what new game comes out that you don't need some time with figuring out the controls? None. There's always that learning curve when a new game is released, with the exception of sequels most of the time. Developers map controls to the way they feel operates best, and I never ever change controller mappings.
Wait...that's a lie. I do change Street Fighter 2 mappings and swap out the hard buttons with the light, but really who doesn't do that? A Hadouken with L1 or L...
