If we don't include exclusivity yes... KOTOR is the best original Xbox game. But it's not exclusive to Xbox... I had to bring it up incase someone said "Oddworld? better than KOTOR? LMAO".

Without doubt this was the best Xbox game ever. Because it was actually exclusive (unlike KOTOR) and was GENUINELY innovative (unlike Halo).

Wow, I honestly thought all these kinks were worked out after the whole "BAM there it is" issue but... apparently not. O_O
I know why, it's been said numerous times on the EU PlayStation blog that they don't do it because every country has different laws. Old games require re-rating which is why, idiotically, Square Enix roll out the PS1 games VERY slowly. I mean you'd think FFVII would be on the store from day 1 wouldn't you? But they only got round to it LAST YEAR! Same with MGS. :(
These laws also apply to videos and new games.

Hmm... not NECESSARILY. KZ3 will be epic but Crysis 2 will be too... Crytek UK (Free Radical - Timesplitters) are doing the multiplayer and it does look as equally as epic as Guerilla's Multiplayer. It's far too early comparing the SP components.
Unless you mean graphically? In which case, yes. KZ3 does look better on PS3 than Crysis 2 does on PS3.

It's a little button/badge that you stick on your clothes. Totally un-interesting, and I've seen a picture of them, they look crap. Really, not information for us gamers and I doubt people at PAX are exactly going to be rushing for them.
Fallout 3 wouldn't be in my top 25. This is the good thing about "top" lists... I don't give a sh*t about what these guys think.
