I think some Xbox fans just need to accept what's inside the box and stop looking for magical performance bullets..MS held back on the hardware for the sake of making kinect a big part of the Xbox One..The Xbox One isn't a bad console. hardcore Xbox fans refuse to acknowledge that PS4 does have a hardware advantage and DX12 isn't going to change that.
There is no reason why it shouldn't being as MS never paid a dime for exclusive rights
I've heard tons of hardcore Xbox fans tote DX12 around as some savior for Xbox One..Its just going to make development much easier but its not going to change what is inside the box..PS4 will still have the advantage in games.

It may not happen being as MS wants full control and everything with crossplay on Xbox have only been MS exclusives..Sony on the other hand have been much open with crossplay between platforms.

I've always felt devs should focus on the area they are good at.I'm not in favor of a game having a low quality campaign or multiplayer just for the sake of having it..I like mostly rpg and story driven games and would rather more resource be put towards the single player instead of tacked on mp modes.
