The race between Sony and Microsoft is a lot closer in the UK and in the United States. The reason Sony is dominating Europe has turned its back on xbox for the most part.
If MS can get a foot in the door in Europe the sales gap will narrow fast. Gamescom is a good start to highlight the xbox one to European gamers.

Following Microsoft’s announcement of a new 1 TB Xbox One, Sony has confirmed a PlayStation 4 model with upgraded storage. Right now, the new version is slated for Europe, but there’s every reason to suspect it will make its way to North America.
Sony probably has not made enough of them for both regions. It made more sense to flood the European market were they dominate.

Sony E3 was 2016 and beyond and beyond because most of the games they showed had no release dates.
Sony E3 was fine if your willing to wait to play a few good first party games. Most of the other stuff they showed was third party.

Xbox one has the best first party games this holiday, best controller, best UI, best online experience, has true BC and MS doesn't charge people to play 360 games they own. Has EA access, has Early access to games. Has xbox one to PC streaming, has crossbuy on and on.
Probably will end up on xbox one it was home of Shenmue before Playstation. Sony has no rights to this game now its a kickstarter game.

Uncharted looked nice though, but lets be honest two times they have shown it has been buggy.
Tombraider setting is different. If anything uncharted has copied Tombraider, that game has been around since 1997
