Microsoft console is not out for another 12 to 13 days and yet lots of people have seen the XB1 UI working in a non controlled environment.

So Microsoft were right to do something. A few days before release Sony has no real right to ban the console, if a similar thing happened.

Well the guy who got an xb1 early, said last night, kinect voice is mostly perfect, unless you make some noise and you might have to repeat what you said again.

I think the problem is if he leaked stuff that the console was broken. Thousands of people would have rushed to the stores to cancel their pre-orders. Sorry, but in this case Microsoft had no choice, but to ban him off live. I don't believe Microsoft were in the wrong.
However, he was 99 per cent positive about the xb1 and we know now because of him the xb1 works great. So it should be just a until 22th and he should be unbanned.
I downloaded a 200MB patch off live last week, it took about 8 minutes with 6 meg connection.
I'm happy its out it ends those stupid rumours from Sony fanboys about the OS been broken. Hes had on for more than three hours and claimed the console barely hot and running great.
Moonlight guy posted a screenshot of how many people were playing different games on XB1, it shows it somehow. it was about 112 people
