Funny thing is there's zero complications with all the sex games available on PC.
consoles will always be pilgrims when it comes to sex themed games or anything remotely erotic. Spare yourself the headache and keep your pc nearby for those times when you in the mood to play a game with a hot nude chick swinging a broadsword.

I always hated bud. I drink Corona. There's no target at my location but I survive just fine. When the world ends I will definitely hunt for my food and make my own clothes. But until then there's a thing called options "chief," it's a tool we use to not be sell outs.

Sounds like limitations to the game engine being used. But I doubt it will be an issue.
I personally always pick graphics over frame rates anyway.
