I got about 2&1/2 years out of my 60GB PS3 before the BD drive failed, got a 60GB refurb for a year, which YLoD'd, been rocking a Slim ever since.
One of my PS1's got busted, though I would say that was more *ahem* user error, than anything else.. heh.
Slim PS2 got its laser borked, fat PS2 is alright, but a little dodgy.
Other than these, all of my systems have been fine.
