You have to review the game with as little bias as possible, use other games in genre to compare the game to if you must, or follow a criteria. Reviewing the game 100% off of opinion is bad (unless the guy/gal thinks the same way as you).

just balancing. Same as DICE not allowing 100% destruction and OHK sniper body shots in BF3. Just listening to fan feedback and putting it in the game.
its soooo overrated. Even though a lot of the big youtube commentators like Elpresador (huge COD fanboy) and guys on machinima started online shooters with R:FOM, was the saving grace for Sony back during the launch and offers the best FPS SP campaign I've seen this gen. (Watch Rajman's playthrough on youtube, the game is leaps and bound better than most games out right now)
