There are many performance oriented enbs on the skyrim nexus that reduce your frame rate by only 3-5 fps and make your game look far better than the video above.
Makes your game run painfully slow
There is no point in loading up these huge texture patches when you can use an enb and make the game look far better than a texture pack could

IGN released a video detailing what they learned about the game from the devs at comic con. Basically, the devs said all the qte's were in place so that the camera would zoom in up close and the player can see the facial expression of those they are about to kill (aka they want to zoom into the faces so you can see all the pwetty graphics).

If you're talking simply gameplay then yes, those are gorey hack and slashes (although DMC is more combo oriented than GOW)
GOW has a better storyline than all of those games though imo
R* will probably do a GOTY version of the game and release it on pC/ PS4/X1 simultaneously down the road

The highlights of this initiative look to be Fable 3, Halo 3 and Assassins Creed 2. 2/3 are great games but all of them are old and very popular among gamers (like, how many 360 gamers haven't played Halo 3 already??)
Got SR3 free with Plus. Only played it for 2 hours and have no reason to go back to it.

GTA IV is over hated. It definitely isn't a 10/10 game but people act like it was horrible or something.
I personally would give it an 8.5-9/10. Had some great moments, and for a 2008 game it brought a lot of new experiences to this gen for an open world game. Coming off of San Andreas (the game everyone and their mother played) is the reason GTAIV is shit on so often
That kind of stuff ends up turning into a gimmick (see Saints Row 3)where they try to shove the over the topness down your throat by the beginning.
I think a healthy balance would be to give the player the tools to be creative and do over the top things like steal a jet from the military and start bombing area 51 (San Andreas) but not making it painfully obvious that that is the type of thing they want you to be doing.
