Actually, the UGC was a great starting point but it had limitations that restricted the full creativity of the user base
If we were to get something even close to Little Big Planet level of customization, the UGC could be amazing
People have already created spectacular missions in InFamous 2 (several missions have turned into episodic releases with each episode taking 15-20 minutes each, along with a complete story and comic book cutscenes)

Games with player choices that are morally gray so that the playthroughs aren't "good" vs "evil" but actually reflect your personal moral compass. I like the ones that make you think
What needs to die are cliche "good guys win and every walks into the sunset" endings or cliffhanger endings that allow for a sequel
Yeah
Thinking CDP is going to release the game on the X1/PS4 in the condition you described is perfectly rational. They won't even bother optimizing the game for the systems at all

Died attempting a barrel roll

How many articles on the same topic need to be posted?
There are already 2 that have reached a high degree count and are plastered on "hottest" banner on the front page of N4G
He generally doesn't like much console exclusives, I would be a PC elitist too if I had the same taste as him
Game is massively overrated
I didn't go into it knowing if the hype and lol'd when I saw all the praise it got afterword
The game is 1 hour long and is essentially about listening to a short story about a teenage girls pubescent changes
Only update on PS3 that big was the Metal Gear Solid 4 trophy patch and that was 10gbs
Running the PS2 emulator on PC is hit or miss for a lot of games and you need a powerful computer just to play the average game because its software emulation
I've emulated Persona 4 on my PC but it lags a lot in larger areas, meanwhile I can easily play Crysis 3 and Farcry 3
Maybe other games but not this one
The game is literally over after an hour and offers little to care about other than the evolution of the younger sister
The implied 'horror' element turns out to not really exist
*SPOILER* there is a vault in the basement with syringes and rat poison though, so one could assume a murder happened *SPOILER*
so you continue on through the very brief game reading all the journals and th...
For those of you that never played Lost Planet online (the first one) it was actually pretty fun.
There were like 5 different types of mechs in the game and they all handled differently and balanced well
Only problem with the game was infantry combat and the controls were off.
Titanfall looks like Lost Planet online with COD controls, a faster pace and more complex mechs (along with cannon fodder AI so the maps look occupied)
-ly bad...
You get more points for killing players but as you can see from the video, you can easily get a Titan from mowing down helpless AI
I think I'm the only one that tolerated the Absolution disguise lol
It kinda makes sense that wearing the disguise of a guard won't allow you to magically blend in with them (but you fool people of other occupations). Wouldn't you notice if some random guy you've never seen before ended up on your patrol but he didn't come there with you?
Obviously it needed work, because in some of the situations, the guards/police/etc wouldn't person...
Supposedly this time around they made the powers and the movement you have with them make you feel as if you were playing Spiderman (regarding the fluidity and speed of transversal).
Hopefully it works out well
I don't believe all that but the game is looking good lol
I'll pick this one up when I get my PS4
Maybe people want to play more than multiplats at 1080p 60FPS
The major PC exclusive games honestly don't interest me at all, and most are coming to consoles already (lots of indies moving in that direction). Add to that people like games like God of War, InFamous, Killzone, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts etc that won't be on PC
I've only not bought one yet because I want to hold off til the Winter semester of UNi is over so I can play without the nagging feeling in my head that I should be studying
Plus InFamous is coming out in March anyway
How many of these submissions are gonna be approved
This is really a non issue at this point. When the game comes out we'll see if its really an issue or not
Those buildings look like they were ripped straight out of a PS2 game
