If it's like the first one we got on Ps+ I'm gonna buy this one
Strider was fun af
People wouldn't like to see double digit numbers on their box covers
Keep the milk coming Ubi
None of you made an argument for how playing the post game unlock able modes isn't a valid way of playing
I don't play the game all day long or have long gaming sessions. The only thing I have that I found from a drop is an exotic fusion rifle (from upgrading my cryptarch level and getting a legendary from the mail guy)
Everything else was from buying stuff from vendors. All the materials you need can be gathered by just doing the daily strikes.
I've played less than a lot of my farming friends on PS4 and I'm like 1 light away from level 28 without ever farming
Just doing public events, buying exotic armor from the vendor, getting crucible and vanguard marks, and doing the daily, weekly and weekly nightmare strikes.
Just play the damn game. I don't understand why people want to max out their character within the first month of the game
I think you're misinterpreting the feeling of intensity the game gives you on grounded or survivor. The moments where you can hear the distant clicks of the clickers and realizing you only have 3 bullets, a molotov and the last checkpoint was 10 minutes ago can get you on edge.
I was never "scared" playing the game the same way a game like PT was scary (I couldn't even muster courage to play the whole thing. I could barely watch it on youtube with headphones...
Maybe my memory of it is wrong, but the definitive version only looks just as good as GTAV on last gen
:/
The fact that this game has a combat system that is not from 2005 is enough to put it over Skyrim
If it was up to FF purists every release would have a top down game world with static backgrounds, random battles and text based dialogue. Any use of modern technology to realize all the combat moves we've seen in boxed animations, creating dynamic open world, explorable areas, etc is a regression
It must suck hating change that much :/
Yup action RPGs are always bad
Square fans hate them which is why failed experiments like the console versions of Kingdom Hearts never grew to be two of the best RPG games of all time /s
Turn Based combat doesn't automatically mean the game would be good. The reason I disliked ff13 so much as a FF fan is because of how detached I was from the world and the characters. None of the other ones had almost the entire cast despised save 1-2 of them .
Still have hope that one day an open world DBZ that follows through the whole Saiyan to Buu saga will be made
You'd think that a show that has the premise of fighters training and fighting to grow stronger would translate to a worthwile RPG but I guess not
They already said their second team is making a new ip and the current one is doing Uncharted 4

lol if Destructoid likes something its probably pretty good. If you have an X1 check this game out
It'd sell poorly if they did that
It might work after Type 0 comes out because people would be high off that and may give the XIII series another chance
Graphics wise it looks like a decent 360/ps3 game
I don't know how much work it would be to remake the game using the engine they are using now for Kingdom Hearts 3 and FFXV. It would have been a good exercise for the programmers to learn how to optimize for the PS4/X1 if they were to try that out
Still, it looks good, the demo I played of the game on my PSP like 4 years ago played well and I've heard good things about this title. Probably gonna pick ...
This looks way better than it did the last time they showed it
This, Bloodbourne and the Witcher 3 on PS4 are gonna be great for me
How was the thermite gun "unresponsive" is what I'd like to know
Lmfao
Crucible and loads of bounties
Bounties give you lots of experience. The daily strikes do as well
I've been on since around 9:30 am est and just came off about 20 minutes ago
