I'd say thats a pretty good list. I also like that you mentioned MS. I wish they would concentrate more on games like Sony, cause when it comes to pushing a product noone does it better! Regardless I have to go with my top 5 as;

No one says your gonna have to buy Kinect next gen. Your still gonna have the controller to play with and by then Kinect should have its on titles and most games will have some kind of kinect integration just like some do now. And kinect is not required to play those. My thing is if all xbox 720 games are gonna require the kinect in someway they should have 2 skus both offering Kinect but having different size memory options. I recently bought a Kinect after playing it with my kids. I'm not big on all the motion stuff, but I like using it with the new UI and the Kinect Video chat is cool. Finally something that made me feel like TC in Minority Report, well not quite, but you get what I'm saying.

My Xbox 360 gets plenty of LOVE man, I usually buy all my multiplats on it. My PS3 consist more of Sony exclusives and more of the solo player games.

I have it for Xbox and downloaded the new patch and honestly at least for me, it plays better than before. Also no more flying woollies..

People crying knowing very well that MS and Activision have a deal to get dlc 1st on Xbox 360, The COD Elite never promised you would get at the same time as Xbox360 users! Although its bs, your still getting your dlc free if you are an elite member. If COD is your main game I suggest you get a Xbox360 if you don't want to wait a month. @ blumatt Why do we have to wait til PS4 for cross game/system chat and universal party? These features should be included already if your paying for Plus. Just Admit it PSNPlus is a watered down version of Live Gold.
Their already doing that with Plus! Plus is not worth the money when compared to what Xbox Live has to offer, IMO!!

I have a problem with the thief guild quest. i cant seem to find keerava in the bee and barbs. i don't know if i killed her or not. The quest is still active tho, so she has to be somewhere unless i got a bug that ruined that aspect of game. everytime i go in the male lizard dude is there, but not her. has anyone had same problem or if you know what else i can do..please let me know...there is no going back to beginning I'm at lvl 43 and 100% on light armor and archery...NICE!!
