Just got this off Gameinformer site, same people that had the rumor now say something different! According to a report from Fudzilla published today, the power behind the next Xbox will be a PowerPC CPU married to a modified ATI Southern Islands 7000 series GPU. The code name for the 32nm chip is Oban, and the report says it's currently in production. The first run of these chips are being made for development kits only.

Funny how this story about MS using inferior graphics card and such, but I read an article just now on Gameinformer from Kotaku saying its gonna have blu ray and a PCpower/ATI graphics card, not for nothing but I tend to believe more Kotaku sources than some site i never even heard of and IGN too.
It's just rumors. Also I'm pretty sure Epic games is again in MS ear about what specs should be like on the NEXTBox. They had some say into what specs should have been like on the Xbox 360 when they wanted to put Gears of War on the Xbox! I honestly dont care about MS points, but I have been reading a lot of comments that make no sense. PSN and MS Points are same shit. just different styles of payment. MS uses points/PSN uses cash value. $20 PSN = 1600 MS points. Also I get taxed when I buy a MS/PSN card.(I live in Boston) Then I get taxed again for every item bought on PSN. Elite is BS.. gamers are paying for something that should've been included in a $60 game. Either way I'm glad that C.o.D always had good DLC and dont mind paying the $15 for them. Tho the DLC for MW1 was garbage!

I was at my local Gamestop today, and they said its been real slow. I said cause everyones playing Skyrim, fucking game is like CRACK. Traded mine in I could've sworn I was having withdrawals. Not that I know, but POOKIE couldn't let go so....... I do believe things start picking back up nxt couple months with the new releases. Good Gaming!

Why are we wasting our time on this again. Does it even matter? All companies lie about their sales totals alot has to do with expected sales as well or consoles shipped. Either way MS had the best holiday sales of any of the consoles. The only problem I see is fanboys trying to make out MS as liars. If thats the case send an email to all companies and call them liars for forcasting sales..

I agreed cause I would not buy a tablet for $1000, thats crazy. But PS Vita alone is gonna cost you around or over $500 after games and memory. Same goes for any launch console. I paid $750 for Xbox 360/ almost $900 for PS3 at launch. That includes games and extra controllers. I don't know about you but when I purchase a gaming console I need everything. The only thing keeping me away from Vita are the memory prices. Way to steep. Anyway good gaming man...
I'd say the xbox does ok in the graphics now. If it's 6x more powerful I think that was good, I'm no tech, but i like the sound of it!
