It really sucks, regardless of this exclusive (unless MS buys a demo) demo, that our version is getting toned down (to put it lightly) to be multi-platform. And yes, when I say "our", I'm referring to the PS3.

Valve went from being one of my favorite developers to one of the laziest developers I know. The orange box is horrible on the Xbox 360 or the PS3. It suffers from enormous frame rate drops. Multiplayer is small in comparison to the PC.
The game was done in a half-a** job. All it really makes you want to do is buy the PC version.

I like the Xbox 360 for two exclusive titles alone. Those are Gears of War and Fable.
The Arcade never amazed me in the slightest. I think a lot of the games you mentioned get put to shame by the quality of the PSN.
The main thing I noticed about the XBLA is that it's more of quanity vs quality. XBLA is all about quanity, and then MS PR likes to brag about that. I would rather have quality.
But hey, that's just my opinion.
Games like Pixel Junk Eden, Pixel Junk Monsters, PAIN, Siren Blood Curse, StarDust HD, and countless other titles are why the PSN has the best DLC out of any console.

Goldeneye on the N64 sold in excess of 8 million copies. I think the sales numbers speak for themselves. Goldeneye sent FPS console gaming in the mainstream gaming front. Perfect dark just followed in Goldeneye's track.

I said Goldeneye is the number one FPS forefather. Their are other forefather FPS games, but not on Goldeneye's scale. The FPSs you sited merely set out the architecture for the "house" of FPS console gaming.
What Goldeneye did was lay a solid foundation for many years to come. However, to call Bungie a FPS forefather in a time when FPS's are the mainstream product, that's completely wrong.
