Ok well now that just makes me think, ok they fixed the system to run in a nature where perceptiually you aren't lagging at all, and neither is anyone else. BUT in REALITY there are bullets not registering and delay, just NOT PERCEPTIUALLY.

just because these little episodes aren't worth it. GTA IV is some serious old news. I have both consoles. and i own the last episode. it wasn't that great, and it's nothing any PS3 owner is missing. this one will probably be just as good or probably worse (additionally, the title will probably cause the episode to actually lose sales.)
Rockstar needs to let the last installment, and the worst installment, of GTA die.
