Gotta fund all those western games they bought somehow.
The gap is growing in favor of PlayStation 5 over Series X/S. People can only go so long without having any decent games to play before they become uninterested. And with so much uncertainty surrounding their first party games, their inability to mange the studios they have, the layoffs, an incoming price increase, and it’s clear Microsoft is in trouble here once again.
What does he care? He just got an *award* he’s sleeping soundly at night while others have to stress about finding new work. POS 🖕🏻
Isn’t this the case with every Microsoft studio? Rare used to be great before Microsoft got a hold of them. Microsoft ruins everything they touch.
If you’re talking about the part where the sky gets really dark and windy and these blue winged creatures you have to fight I played and beat that area last night.
I played it and I actually liked it. The spell casting and parkour mechanic works really well in tandem. I found the world adequately populated with enemies and not once did I get the feeling of emptiness like other players have mentioned. I think this game is getting harshly criticized and imo it is unjustified.
Mass Effect wasn’t on original Xbox.
Cannot wait to play this on PS5! Nice way to kick off 2023!
This article is a bunch of BS! Ain’t no way the X is outselling the S.
Makes no difference. Xbox already 9 million units behind Playstation 5. This will do nothing for them.
Actually it is very surprising considering they haven’t put out anything in two years to justify buying it like these numbers suggest.
Not surprising. They’re basically giving away the S at most places. Signs of a desperate brand who’s in last place yet again .
Impressive. Very nice.
When you don’t release games what do you expect? It was cool in the beginning with the free games and then reality set in. You’re done playing everything good it had and now that the games have stopped coming, you have no reason left to remain subscribed and no incentive for potential new subscribers.
Games dry up, numbers will follow suit. It’s that simple.
I want Death Stranding 2 next year! Next year is looking so good for PlayStation 5 owners!
@cell89: yes! I never hear the amount of alarms sounding when people buy the newest tv, the newest iPhone, and so on. Everything else always starts off expensive and gradually goes down in price. You have to consider the tech behind the product is the newest and most advanced at the time of pricing.
Sounds like a decent value if you factor in the tech behind it. And I imagine it will have BC titles to play until something next-gen arrives. I’ll have to look up what games it haves available for launch before I decide if it’s a day 1 or not though.
So now Xbox fans will get a taste of the increase but all of a sudden, “it’s perfectly understandable”. Sony caught flak left and right for doing it and because Microsoft didn’t immediately follow suit, you all viewed them as the good guys. I await your opinion of Phil and gang once the increase inevitably happens.
Indeed. Very good month imo.
So they’re finally admitting that Jim was right. The lies are all coming out. This deal is dead to rights.
