Games nowadays have little to no replay value and the trophies/achievements give you something to do, so no, they don't damage the experience at all.
inb4 pop-ups, you can turn them off on both the 360 and the PS3.
People don't get it... Most of the one Billion Dollars will be Invested on marketing ads/commercials... typical MS.
They invested 400 million on marketing Kinect...

Yeah, Ascension isn't the best. Reminded me of the PSP GoWs, setpiece after setpiece after setpiece, etc. It's all flashy and looks cool, but it has no substance.
I got to the Tower of Delphi, or whatever it's called, before I stopped playing. Haven't touched the MP part and never will.
For now, PS4, perhaps due to lack of information, seems to offer more of what the player wants. Xbox One has turned to other entertainment where you basically are not just video games. Something that was reflected in a presentation where the word "television" is uttered more than "game".

It's called an escort mission. Neither Ico nor MGS2 did it first. Those types of mechanics/missions/sections were around years before those two games came out. Hell, MGS1 has a tiny escort section and the middle half of Claire's part of RE2 is one big escort mission.

U can disconnect your smart phone from the internet and still use it and no surveillance. While xbox one you always need to be online while you play a game or watch a movie.
Xbox one is mainly for Surveillance purpose....
Just think about it, u need to be "online" to play games... Kinect 2 will be on, mic will always be on when u play a game. watch a movie/ listen to music etc...

Forza Motorsport is not even a simulator....
FM has permanent driving aid and active steering (permanent means you can not turn them off) just like any other arcade racing game... And the lighting system in Forza 4 looks bland...
