You know, as a PS gamer that is constantly waiting with bated breath for our exclusives to drop, I can’t understand the lack of logic from some of our more toxic fans. This is a launch game, let’s at least get a year out before we start to draw these comparisons. For some reason I get the feeling there might be a lot of deleted comments once the gen really gets going. 🤷

I get that his username is XBL but how does that make this about microsoft? It's a username. My username could be sirfartsalot but that doesn't mean every conversation I have has to revolve around farts. Also for the sake of staying on topic do we have to dredge through everyone's comments history to judge whether they're making a valid point or not? Explain how this is a ridiculous statement. Halo bought bungie much more credibility. How could they have signed this massive deal with activision to develop destiny without first rising to preeminence with the halo franchise. There are many ways to look at it but, yes, without Halo there would be no Destiny.

Sounds great. Another reason for me to consider buying a PS3 in 08/ But I dont think this game has a chance of outclassing Mass Effect. I dont think i've played an rpg yet that has outclassed KOTOR, so I have faith in Bioware's talents.
You know what makes these numbers impressive? The fact that Halo 3 beat out Halo 2 by this margin but when Halo 2 released the Xbox's installed base was nearly three times that of the 360. Wow just wow, imagine this games legs. It'll probably stop selling at about 15-20 million copies. Job well done Bungie. Oh and btw what happened to the 170 million figure?
Speaking realistically if they were both in this world Master Chief could kill Samus very easily. She would have to really fight him from a far distance because if the Chief caught her he could really crush her by the neck. I mean this guy flips armored tanks(scorpion) and warthogs on the battle field. He's stronger and fiction-wise quicker than her in regular form anyway. This guy has been trained his whole life. MC vs. Samus my money is in that MC will knock her F^ckin teeth out. Just my 2 ...

The original xbox had a plethora of great games, MS shouldnt have abandoned it the way they did but guess what? Shyt happens! And it will bring new fans halo 2 sold almost 2 times more than the original which obviously means new people bought it, either that or you've been going around breakin halo discs. and how didnt 1.8 mil fly off the shelves? Its an 8 hour in figure, cmon gimme a break. Sure the previous 2 PS iterations sold insanely well but guess what obviously sony dropped the ball so...
