@SurgicalMenace in what respect? Windows has not been Microsoft’s highest revenue product for a long time. Look at their cloud services. You are aware right?
In the last ten years Bethesda/Zenimax has released tons of games. I would not consider this a drip feed.
Fallout
Quake
Rage
Skyrim
Wolfenstein
ESO
Evil Within
Prey
Sequels and iterations to many of these plus more games not listed.
Imagine nothing mattering at all because they’re the highest valued company in the world and no amount of comments on N4G will make that less true and they’ll continue to use that success to invest in gaming lol Xbox fans will continue to have an amazing time and PS fans will continue to have an amazing time as well.
All this MS game PS game stuff makes me wonder what the 22’, 23’, 24’ conversations will sound like. Tons of great games coming from ALL console makers next year and into the future. Somehow I get the impression there’ll be some “well Game A seems to have taken 6 years to make and since MS purchased Studio X 5.5 years ago, they had no impact on the game”….. if you can find a console and can afford it just get all platforms. No one has a monopoly on making great games. Why miss out?
No problem. No reason a bunch of gamers can’t still have some fun.

@Nakiro Sarcastically saying people seem really mature makes you the clear adult in the room.
Lol also, disclaimer I’m here to have fun with this, definitely looking forward to 20 more people keeping this going. :-D
@Jin_Sakai But he said that, and you even quoted it. Maybe you’re reading it the wrong way?
Wow, he handed over his soul?!! Omg that’s terrible! Would love to read more about this travesty… can you share your source?
@flavorlav01 maybe we can join a game. What’s your gamertag?
I think you’re proud of the PS brand which is great but day and date releases on PC can only help those amazing game experiences reach more players. PC is anything BUT a locked ecosystem. Literally everything is modifiable by the end user. Also think of the silver lining here, the more dollars Sony can bring in, the more investment they can make in their studios. The less hardware they have to eat the cost for at the beginning of generations the better. Just a thought.
Yikes, gonna end this interaction. Get the help you need dude, we should be able to have a civil conversation about….. video games. Good luck
Yes, it says that I’m unwilling to read 76 articles and their respective comments. Duh?
No lol
Who says I blindly support them? Can you quote me on that? I agree with your sentiment about Fallout 76 but disagree with the premise that they “screwed” anyone over. Game developers make games, if you don’t like one then you don’t buy it based on reviews or skip the next based on prior experiences. I don’t think Todd Howard was sitting on the iron throne pondering, “how do I screw over jambola” lol cmon man
Fair, but also fair is the recognition that it’s exponentially worse post-acquisition. Agree most on the Fallout 76 point though, i was immediately disinterested upon announcement.
Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. :)
Smh, I’ve been coming to this site on and off for 15 years. Loved that I could get PS/XB/N news in one place and lots of fans to chat it up with and see non-hateful perspectives. Now this site has become an Xbox-hate-fest. Two years ago half these commentors would’ve been jazzed out of their minds at any Bethesda news, now it’s “bugthesda” this and “Their games were never good” that. There’s clearly some hurt feelings, otherwise why click on an article referencing terrible games and their ter...
Precisely. Be a gamer, buy both if you can. Love one if you can’t. No need for any gamer to hate another gamer in a sane world.
I gotcha Magog. I think regardless it’s a win for gamers. They could’ve released it one time but I think many more gamers have been able to enjoy the title over the years because of the re-releases. Not just from the content added but think of all the 5/6/7 year olds that didn’t have a console or PC to enjoy the title back in 2011 that can enjoy it today. With all of that ES6 will still be on the way. Seems like a win where a ES vacuum could’ve lived.
