Yup right there with ya(age and all at the time) but I'll raise ya watching horror movies as well since I was like five. How have we managed to not become psycho killers?!?!
Not this shit again! Hey let's attack a straw man while we ignore the real issues!
Freaking love this game and enjoyed the journey that unfolded throughout my 80 hour playtime! Waiting for new game + and any expansions that Bend releases.
After the level of quality it's predecessor had and that ND achieved the level of quality they did on last gen tech I'm genuinely intrigued to see what TLOU2 brings to the table!
I imagine there will be much heartache but we love these characters and there's no great narrative without loss.
Oh trust me we're more than ready!
Man there's quite a few games releasing this month that I'm getting. Let's see, we have Ancestors the Humankind Odyssey, Control, Remnant: From the Ashes and Man of Medan. There's more hitting in the following months as well, with Death Stranding in particular being an eagerly anticipated game. With the quality that's on offer now its such a great time to be a gamer
I really enjoy reading about cults and the psychology that goes along with it. From the leaders to the followers, it's just fascinating to me. So The Church in the Darkness is right up my alley. I love the setting as well(late 70's) because back then it was much easier to become isolated and it wasn't as easy to let someone know you're in trouble.
My hope is that players will listen to what they’re saying and think, ‘They do have a point about that,’” Rouse ...
First and third party are king! There fixed it for ya.
I really wish Yukes would take a year off or so and rework this series. Better yet maybe it's time for a new dev to take over. I'd love a more simplified Wrestlemania 2000/No Mercy take on controls. Back in the day I preferred the reversal controls in Aki's games to Yukes Smackdown series but the Smackdown series gained more traction.
Wrestlemania 19 and Day of Reckoning both had control schemes similar to Aki's games and they were fun to play and had great...
I think it looks pretty good and will wait till I watch it to completion before passing judgement.
Awesome!!! I will add both to much library.
Pretty incredible that in it's sixth year the PS4 is still doing the business it's doing. I seem to recall a lot of doom & gloom circa 2011 that the console market was dying. Well here we are and it's never been stronger. Heck Sony has even had success with VR and are getting ready for the successor to the PS4 next year in the form of the PS5.
Can the PS4 outsell the PS2? Well if they continue to support it with cross gen games and it's gets to that $199...
I swear Trump only knows the "ham fisted" way of doing things!
Agreed and when a game comes along that is so innovative and has a great message, how can you not be excited?!?!
Congrats Sony and this gen really rejuvenated my love of gaming. 2013 was a crazy year and a lot of shit hit the fan and the narrative driven games really helped to get through some things. It's been my favorite gen and I've been gaming since 85.
If I'm honest some of my best gaming memories have been with PlayStation, well more to the point the games that have called PlayStation home since it's debut back in the early 90's. As a teen games like Resident...
Really interesting premise and it's also visually impressive to boot. Can't wait to give it a go!
Absolutely and it's a good way to judge interest in an IP. I'm playing through the Dark Arisen Remaster and it's pretty good. Hopefully we get a sequel one day.
Oh and I'd love for a modern Dino Crisis built with the RE Engine as well.
I'm playing through the Dark Arisen Remaster now and I can just imagine what Dragons Dogma 2 would be like. Especially if it winds up being a next gen title. It would be insane!
Having grown up playing so many great games that were produced or developed by Capcom and then the continued success they saw throughout the 90's and 00's, I'm glad to see them getting back to where they should be.
I just need a Dino Crisis remake, Onimishu and Dragons Dogma 2 to make the circle complete!
I wouldn't mind a take not unlike the recent Hitman games. In that it's not open world but has massive open areas that can be tackled many ways.
