Uh?!?! GOW2 pushed the PS2 and really upped the set pieces and GOW3 looked amazing on PS3!

I grew up on Nintendo and got my first NES in 85 or 86 and loved what they did for the industry but after N64 there were missteps and I loved the 64 and GameCube! As the years went by I have noticed they get passes or more to the point Zelda does and to an extent Mario! Breadth of the Wild was a great game, great game but to me HZD was better in every way except it didn't have the nostalgia factor! I think a lot of reviewers do give some Nintendo properties a pass.
Yeah they lost me when they started zooming in 300% lol! If you have to zoom in that much to see the advantage or discrepancies I'm good! If what I'm looking at looks amazing and everything on the Pro does then I'm good!

Yeah with all the smoke that's blown about the X I'd expect them to do a breakdown with one of its best! Whatever that is maybe AC a Origins? I don't know but with all the chestblowing this HZD and Unchar4 are the best looking games!
The base PS4's fan gets high on a few games especially day one ones and yet here we are!

Yeah I loved KOTOR, Thief Deadly Shadow (my first Theif game) Splinter Cell especially Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory, Fable, Strangers Wrath, Jade Empire, From Softwares Otogi I &II! If they would have more selection and quality it'd be great! It seems those days are gone for them though!
Yes it is and I wish M$ had games on offer like they used to! They could still do the MP thing but also have titles like the OG Xbox had. As it is I'm happy and I have more titles in my backlog than I've ever had so when the PS5 hits and is low on new titles I plan on going through some of the ones I didn't get to.
See Phil it isn't complicated! Just allow devs the freedom to create amazing experiences and the people will come!
Stunning absolutely stunning! I'm in awe of how GOW looks! The best part is that there's a meaty narrative and the characters have depth and to me that's a winning combo!!!!!!
That was my main gripe! The weapons breaking was not implemented well to me. Witcher does it much better and I wish Nintendo would've done a similar system. Still enjoyed the game though.
Possibly the best looking game I've ever seen! Just amazing but the best part is that it's not just eye candy! There is depth to the narrative and characters and really just shows how to do a game in 2018!
This isn't just a win for Sony and Santa Monica but a win for Single Player games! It's really not complicated! Just release an amazing game and we'll do the rest!
