I think it could work, it could certainly bring something fresh to the table. After all, as the writer points out, Ubisoft have done it with Brotherhood and they're doing it again with Revelations.
You know they'll do it, everyone is. I just hope they do something decent and not crap like that Dragon Age one...
The Enix merger saved them. I don't know why people are pissing on Enix considering their games are doing so well. It's Square's that are suffering.
If I'm not wrong, they already have some in the works.
You people are sick. XD
It's a preposition ;)
Really? FF Chocobo Racing is a big seller? Under what rock did you just crawl out from?
Arkham Asylum sold 4.5+ million copies.
FF Chocobo Racing sold 300k.
Even Kane & Lynch 2 sold more than that, and that was a shoddy game.
Outside of DQ, none of the handheld games actually sell as much as say Batman Arkham Asylum did. I don't expect them to sell as much as Deus Ex or the new Tomb Raider either.
It's ironic. Then again, I'm glad Eidos are doing well. I'm looking forward to Deus Ex and the new Tomb Raider.
Monster Hunter Tri ftw.
The worst is on-disc, plus a $5 charge for one measly extra character...
I sure hope it'll be fantastic! If THQ can outdo themselves and the competition, then they have a winner on their hands.
I haven't played a good Ghost Recon game in a long time. The portable ones were jokes.
Totally agree with you, I would rather they take the time and make it as best as it can be.
I'm glad they're aware of that.
Well that's a bummer, somewhat.
I see what you did there ;D
Although I have to agree, X-2 battle system was really good. It's too bad people can't see past the Jpop.
I wouldn't be surprised if FFXV was multiplat, just as FFXIII was. And an FFIX remake would be awesome.
You would rather have more sequels/reboots? I'll take a new game any day, regardless of whether it succeeds or not, at least Capcom will be doing something new instead of rehashing the same thing over and over again.
I hope these two games succeed. Dragon's Dogma looks really promising.
The multiplayer part! :P
