In the witcher 3 There's a way to reduce the AA used for Hairworks Go to the rendering.ini in the games install folder>bin>config>bas e>rendering.ini, change the line "HariworksAALevel" from 8 to something less (6,4, 2 or 0) after I dropped it to 0 I now get 60fps locked with a GTX 980 max settings.
