You obviously don't know your way around a PC cause I don't have this issue nor do anybody I know and I'm on a 77in LG C1 OLED 5950x/3080ti most issues 99% of the time is a user issue and not the PC

OLED doesn't have motion blur response time is 1-2ms which mean no motion blur now LCD is a different story
The benchmark is trash in the MP with actual gameplay you can crush this game at 4k 60fps max settings with a 2070
