That second point is completely legit. I have an Xbox One, a PS4, and a really nice gaming rig. After this E3 conference, I'm left wondering why I even have an Xbox One. All it gets used for is Netflix in my bedroom, and my Chromecast can do that just fine.
I'm extremely curious to see what kind of haredware this will have. I have a hard time believbing this this will be a "true" 4k console. I just built a brand new PC in January with a 980Ti in it, and even that can't play modern games at 60fps on the higher settings.
So when they say a 4k console, what do they mean? 4k resolution but at low settings and 30fps? There's no way the Scorpio is going to cost as much as a serious gaming rig, so what is ...

I actually agree with him for once
Understandable, but those companies exist in a market where consumers already know a new model will come out next year. This hasn't happened with consoles, and had I known, I probably would have waited instead of purchasing at launch. I can see the argument from both sides, and they both make sense to me.
Because the type of person who actually gives a shit about something so stupid is a vocal minority
It actually makes perfect sense. They know people want it, so they're going to make people pay for it. I wouldn't be surprised to see it sold separately a ways down the road, though.
Which is a bummer considering how good COD1 and COD2 were. Most people who play FPS competitively on PC are probably playing other games, though
And? It doesn't say it's the Elite controller
You guys should have just bought a PC and you never would have had to stop playing COD4 in the first place
Didn't Siege just get a fairly big patch? I really didn't like the Division, but hopefully it gets fixed for those who enjoy it
Why do people feel the need to broadcast every stupid thought in their heads on social media? If she could just keep her opinion to herself, this wouldn't have happened
Agreed
I'd rather have raids than repetitive missions on hard mode, which I play already, anyway
Yea, but without the raids
I don't expect a reasonable response from you, especially considering the deductions you made about my personal life based on playing a video game according to the rules, but when you go into a PvP area and get killed, do you get upset? Do you not expect it?
The entire point was for it to be hard to trust people in the DZ. Someone has to play that role, or else what's the point? Then the DZ is the exact same as the rest of the game. Hopefully you can find a way to...
"Worked to get."
It's a video game. There was no hard work involved. Not to mention that the entire area of the dark zone is that there is a risk of things like this happening. It adds a fun element of tension to the game that it sorely lacks otherwise.
But in terms of my personal life, my friends don't seem to mind me too much. I guess I'll just have to hope they don't find out about my AWFUL video game dark side. Truly reprehe...
I enjoy being a bad guy and trying to steal loot. The rest of the game is so repetitive, it adds a nice fun little element to it. It's exciting to be marked as rogue and try to escape. My friends and I just spent some time in the dark zone killing people and stealing their loot and we had a blast. To the people who don't like it, sorry? I guess?
It seems that the game never stood a chance. Hardcore fans wanted a return to form, but when it's too similar, they are chastised for not doing anything different.
Sorry, but it's no more of a PC than PS4 or the current Xbox One. Sharing a library doesn't make it a PC. It's not modular, you can't upgrade it, among other things
