Most libraries have a terrible selection. Most adults can also just buy their own games, so they "you should to" section of your title isn't necessary. Nobody needs to be told how to buy games by someone else.
A little tip thing I used to do in my younger days when I was broke wasto go to Gamestop, buy a used game, and then return it within 2 weeks for a full refund. More or less a rental service if you do it right.

It's pretty solid. Fantastic? Don't think so. The mission where you have to play as a child was awful. The house mission and the second mission were the two best.

Pretty much everything about this game can be found better elsewhere in a game like Journey, Rime, etc. It's essentially a walking sim where neither the world, story, or music were enough to keep me playing and justify my time with the game. No real engaging gameplay besides different ways to move, none of which were particularly enjoyable. If you're interested, I'd say wait for a sale.

I think you completely missed my point. I was saying how PS4 actually has games that can ONLY be played on the PS4, whether that's a standard model or a Pro. 99% of the Xbox library can be played on PC as well as the Xbox. Thus, if you own a PC and a PS4, there's no reason to own an X because you already have access to the entire library on a superior (most likely) system
