Sounds like a day one buy for me :D, PES is back.
Thanks for the laugh
+bubble :D
If the military bought these PS3's lets say around last year, and its been in a cluster running Linux the whole time. How in the hell did they upgrade the XMB? I mean all the PS3's are in a cluster running as a supercomputer, not running the XMB.
What I'm trying to say, all this is just B.S. A cheap way to bash Sony for hits.

I ran out of bubbles, and I'm liking this kind of talking, and this way we have more freedom :).

I actually think your analogy within your sarcasm is weak, as the huge difference you ignore betwee...
Actually publishers have been doing it for a while now, specifically in textbooks. In every textbook there is a one time use pass code, that grant you access to an online textbook. If you buy a used textbook, you can not access that online feature; that sound awfully familiar to me.
And you wrong again with the developers not gaining anything from it, as each unit sold means more profit for the developer as well as the publisher.
Look at this way also, if pu...
I also think this idea will help them overlook the PS3Jailbreak. I mean why should they patch it, when the only time you can use the game fully is if you own it.
This way it insures that what you have only backups of your own games, instead of ripped off or rented :D.
So I guess this way they make us happy, and it make them happy.
Every body wins :D
Yeah but DRM also for offline as well as online, you can not play any of these features if you are not connected to DRM. On the other hand, Online Pass codes, only grant you access to the online, the offline doesn't need it.
Thats why I don't have any problems with it, plus I'm used to it with PES. I mean, I only activate my account once with the pass, and I can forget about it, that is only if I want to play online; if I want to play offline, I don't need the...
Actually you are mistaken, it is not DRM, nor close to it. DRM forces you to connect online to validate the game every time you play it, with out this validation you can not play offline as well.
However, this one is a pass code where you use it once for online gaming only, thats about it. It does not effect your offline, and it does not effect it in anyway. Now this I have no problem with, they have been doing it for ages with PES installment, and it never bothered anyone. ...
I used to love this game back in the PSX days, I know I'm getting it along with Sorcery :D. Can't wait!!
qriocity.com ;)
you could go to qriocity.com sign in and deactivate what ever PS3 you have activated :)
Thanks for the tip, I moved to Holland a year ago, and I couldn't deactivate some of my PS3's. I'll make sure that every one knows this :).
"I have the game, and can say with some authority that while both are sports-themed, Sports Champions plays very little like Nintendo's pack-in motion-control hors d'œuvre. It's much more accurate, for starters, which sounds like a throwaway line at this point, but if you're really a gamer, you know accuracy--the measure of how faithfully what you're doing off-screen gets translated on screen--is arguably the most crucial factor in a dossier of design imperatives.
Holly Crap, this new system sound much much much better than the old one. Can't wait to have my hand on it :D
Burn!!! :P
Lool, it would be funny if someone made an Xbox360 emulator running on the PS3.
This is gonna be awesome, specially me and some of my friends are moving in together. This will be the perfect game for us :D
I gave it a look as well, and I agree with you. I've been inside that Arch so many times I lost count :P.
Good eyes, you must eat a lot of carrots :P
exactly as you said, the quality is amazing. I love listening to the TV channels while I read my books, All nice music coming out of my 7.1 surround system :D, AMAZING.
