Right now it's taking time because they've been creating an engine (cloud engine) and tweaking it in many areas as the foundation of cloud gaming tech. This has never been done so of course it's taking time to create the science/formula behind the tech.

Yeah the cloud talk was huge especially when they were showing off the multiplayer. Could be they've been working hard on visual and glitch issues, which were noticeable at last year's e3! I'm still very much excited for it and them the best!
