There are 535 members of congress, three of which most likely spent a couple hours of their time writing this bill.
Two things they can do to immediately surpass many AAA studios. 1. No microtransactions. 2. No GaaS. Just make whole, complete games.
But have you seen a globe… on weeeeeeed?
It would be fitting if the hackers demanded ransom payments in the form of microtransactions.
I'm just here for the bot/scalper/pandemic/semicondu ctor shortage comments.
Is this where the Marvel's Avengers Spider-man Playstation exclusive support group is meeting?
I don't even know why developers announce games or set release dates so far in advance anymore. The last giant announcement that got it right to me was for Fallout 4. I it was announced in June 2015 and came out 5 months later. Everybody knew they were working on it for years, but they didn't give people much of a window to whine or speculate about things.
So I should start praising the bots and scalpers for saving me from getting a PS5 instead of cursing their names? I'll get on that ASAP.
I felt bad for a moment, then I remembered the six times last November/December I had a PS5 in my Walmart.com cart only to have it gone before the checkout was complete. Add in the dozen or so times I've tried on Sony Direct and I've completely given up trying to get one online. Good luck to everyone still trying.
I read that one line as "Unfortunately, if you're on PS5 you're lucky enough to have a PS5."
The reviews are all over the place on this one. Looks like a great PS+ free game candidate in 8-12 months. I wish more games had demos these days.
Not really. You just need a Sony for account which anybody can set up for free, it's not tied to PS+. There's nothing stopping someone from setting up a bunch of accounts and unleashing a bot on it. It would be nice if they would just take the extra step of letting PS+ members reserve a console instead of doing random drops.
The only thing WE (consumers) can really do about it is not purchase $500 consoles from scalpers for $1,500 - $2,500+. Good luck getting everybody to agree to that. What Sony and Microsoft could do is sell consoles directly through their PS+ and Live subscriptions. This would give loyal paying customers the chance to buy one new console per account/address. They could have started taking orders a year ago. I would have been fine with just getting my name on their list and then having them shi...
Wasn't Scalebound the last "mind-blowing" new IP they unveiled?
I hope they nerf the damage small non-violent fish do. Bumping into them with the Seamoth in the first game should not have damaged your ship at all.
I want to believe all of these PS5s are in the homes of gamers, but part of me thinks there's a scalper warehouse somewhere, like the one at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
What Microsoft/PC exclusive would they be praising over at Sony?
Please pray harder for us.
My one-two punch from PS5 continues to be in the form of bots and scalpers.
Microtransactions next, please!
