I'm only two hours into a new game, but as someone how slogged through the whole game on a base PS4 last year, this version unbelievably better. Anyone who has been waiting, give it a shot. The adaptive triggers are great.
Did anybody else use a PS4 disk to install it on a PS5? It's the first time I've used the drive and it took 5 hours to install the 60GB game off of the disk. What's up with that?

Not necessarily. There is a four-year gap between Part I and Part II. The series could fill in those years and then end with Part II's storyline. If there ever is a Part III game, they could just release it after the series wraps up.
