Rather play a Genesis game than any of that garbage they gave away so far. Chicken kicking, tea bagging, and hay piles are for kids. I don't play that trash.
PS+ is better in its worst months than XBLG, so far.
I had both, but now just Vita. Though 3DS is neat and has good games now, the Vita is a superior machine and will only grow stronger when PS4 is released. Though I admit it is lacking games right now, which needs to be amended.

I'd pay $80 if they upped the bar on quality to ensure fewer clunkers, and went the extra mile to kill off tricks like on-disc DLC.

Actually, different battle systems and gameplay styles define what sub-genre a game is; Final Fantasy Tactics is a Tactical RPG, while FFXV is an Action RPG. Final Fantasy's main games generally revolved around some type of turn for combat. This changes that completely.
Even if the game is good, it will not be the Final Fantasy we deserve. Relegate this to spinoff status and we're cool. Otherwise, I take issue, with good reason.

Actually, not-so-smart guy, Microsoft owned Bungie, thus Halo as well. First party. Quantic Dreams could technically go release a game on a different system, unlike Bungie during Microsoft's acquisition. Accept defeat.
If they want to stand a chance now, go back to the drawing board andvlaunch next year. Change everything from the shitty name the the strength and features of the console. There are so many issues facing the damn thing, it'd be a fool's errand to launch that mess any time, especially against the beastly PS4.
Sony's E3 was good, not mind-blowing, and Nintendo's was painfully minimal, while Microsoft just sort of an heroed on stage. Overall, pretty bad...a scorecard of B, C, and F. for a final D.
From a marketing perspective you want a launch to wow people at every turn, you want them to see what ourcsystem can do. I'd not have indie games so prominently displayed, personally, but they'd neither be ignored.
