From what I've heard this "ad" was fake. Plus who cares in the end we know everyone will buy the game and love it.

I agree with Dark Souls being GotY worthy. I still come to that game even though I rage quit after a while.

I hear you! Our staff member has been playing it non-stop. I'm still not sure if he's got any sleep since starting yesterday. I like the game but only time will tell if this is a hit with the gamers who enjoyed the classic.
Yea, EA taking over was interesting so it sucks some stuff was taken out that people did enjoy. Damn straight! Break every rule in the book is how this game should be played.

The device has 2 modes one which has like and gives you full function of remote and has slight delay. The other mode is real time, which only allows the screen shot and video recording.
That is also true! Money for device, more money for the programs, money on high end PC that can handle capture card and programs. I'd rather have something I can record externally more than internally on a PC.
Don't forget how most of those wired headsets were cheaply made.

It's not a XBLA game it's an XBLIG title.
As right now you'll be only able to get it in this form. After sometime the dev's might bring it over as DLC for Steam users of the original game.
