I think they use the word " compete " on very strict feature based terms.Not so much in performance but the aspect of having games that will upgrade like they usually would when replacing your GPU or CPU,w/e in a PC.They can't compete with the amount of power but they could in terms of adding power and having a BC to games upgrading along that line.
