It happens way more often than you'd think and honestly I think that while this is a valid question, it's not a question for us to answer, but for lawyers to ultimately sort out because there will be some kind of lawsuit.
Okay. I wasn't being critical or anything, I was just genuinely curious. I'm glad it's bringing awareness, but kind of vile to see the trolls out in full force. :\
I've never experienced this in the industry, but from the people I know who I've talked to, it is not uncommon at all. Which is sick. Attention needs to be brought to the subject on the whole. Those looking outside the industry as fans may be surprised, but hearing how this went down doesn't surprise me. Sony HR's response doesn't surprise me because Human Resources job is to basically protect the employer and screw the employee. It was smart of him not to accept the money...
This is important stuff that needs to be covered, but is N4G really the place for it?
HR's job, literally, is to protect the company. They do not care about employees. What HR did is despicable but that's what HR does all the time. Literally HR did its job, which makes it all the more depressing.

well I guess it also depends on how people define "mature". mature can be more than just an "m" rating.
I actually do not disagree with you here. The great thing about the switch is it has something for everyone IMO. an "M" rating, honestly who cares.
Japan is getting some games that flat out would not be acceptable here, haha. Wolfenstein II isn't an old port, although it's coming out a little later it is a new game coming to switch. the LA Noire remaster, that's coming out the same time as all the other consoles. I mean the article is about what Nintendo is trying to push; whether or not it happens the way they want it to, well, that remains to be seen.
at E3 people I knew, including someone who worked on the zelda symphony, hoped that the music was a placeholder and it was just "okay". flash forward and boom, people think it's amazing. Honestly I always thought it was great.
It sounds like a Miyazaki film and the game looks like a Miyazaki film. The score is more ambient than theme-dominated, and that just fits the game perfectly. my favorite piece is hyrule castle's dungeon theme. you can hear some of ...
This is interesting. The Japanese game regarding "back rubbing"...lol. yeah that wouldn't fly in the US.
IMO PS4 has better exclusives than XB1 (minus Gears), but honestly Switch rules all.
This looks very interesting! I’m excited!!!!
It's a disgrace to the SW name honestly.
Until they have a dedicated headset for their system I take it all with a grain of salt.
@arkard you have a point but this has been consistent since the first battlefront game, so I think it's a valid criticism.
It’s not clickbait just my analysis of what i played.
lol. xbox one x only offers more power, it's not going to change the core gameplay mechanics.
@sciurus you hit the mark on the head. I really think it's all about the money and EA doesn't give a shit about putting out a quality game. Star Wars is my favorite movie series so this is kinda sad for me, I want to really like this game but from what we've seen I can't imagine it being higher than maybe a 7 rating. I know we haven't seen everything but the Battlefront 1 demo was actually a good representation of what we got in the final product.
Well what's sad is that it may not be just the actions of one person; it could be the culture of management. I've met some ND employees and they were super cool. But that's besides the point. Look at Fox News for example and the culture there that cultivated an environment of sexual harassment. No proof that's the case at ND, and I pray it's not, but the fact that HR went after the employee and not this one supervisor, that looks really bad. this possibly has happened befo...
