I honestly don't care, considering that Black Flag will be out for the PS4 this year and I'll be able to play it on my Vita via Remote Play.

First, Valve says that their appearance at Gamescom this year will be "different". Next, a L4D3 countdown clock that counts down to Gamescom is discovered. Next, a photo of an internal change log at Valve confirms L4D3, and now, this. I think it's safe to say that Valve will announce L4D3 at Gamescom.
Pretty much any open world game could use a second screen app.

No, those two games weren't the ultimate deciding factor for me. What was, however, was the other two games I mentioned, plus the 20 PS4 games in the PS4's launch window, 7 of which will be free (and exclusive to the PS4) [The Xbox One onky has 10 in its launch window]. Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that there will be about 30 more PS4 titles that will be announced at Gamescom.
