I highly recommend playing it with Kinect if you have it.

Playing on Xbox One and I'm not having any framerate issue, but I've seen numerous npc either floating in air or clipping through walls, etc.
And oh yeah, Uplay doesn't work....has it ever? :\

Shoot guys in legs and when they fall burn them, if you're lucky you'll burn multiple enemies at once.
Sniper Rifle and Magnum rounds are the best for them.
But saying that, after the chainsaw guy you have to fight 2 more Keepers(boxheads).
Did you find any keys? Great place to get ammo.
The room with all the eyes? That's not the final boss.
