Must admit I'll have to give this one a go, the prospect of being able to access your account quickly from (I'm assuming) any internet based device is epic, especially if you can have this service along side your main install of the game, great if you have an underpowered laptop and you need to get your MMO action on away from home.

Bare in mind if this game is popular in eastern lands, their average broandband speeds make ours look like its 1995 all over again!

Asus make some slick PC parts, so I'm interested in seeing if they can develop this tech further, because lets face it, gesture recognition is ok at the moment, but its not that great :-/
Just to clarify, this story broke 2 days ago, but this is the official PR from Square Enix that confirms the title :)
Also, Kinect is brilliant, I own one... but its a shame most of the games suck :-p

I never got into the whole Raptr thing, I just don't fully understand it, but my friends are nuts about it... think I just got sick of seeing Raptr post one achievement update on twitter, then the same one on Facebook and then twitter reposting to Facebook again every time my mate played a game lol.
Thats mostly my mates fault though :-p

Your mostly right though, nintendo have made some superb controllers, especially the N64, should have have scrapped that pad, it could have done with a few tweaks to stay modern, such as extra buttons etc but it was near perfect .

I'm a big fan (but not a big user) of GaiKai and OnLive sure it ain't perfect, but the options it enables are sweet.
