Phones are on average (for the latest ones) more expensive than new consoles too! just 3rd party companies offering contracts for them that give you the set for free helping, no wonder Microsoft went for that 2yr subscription trial thing ;-)
A 2 million units head start here, certainly nothing to be ashamed of for MS and a great launch by any standard.
Yet just think the PS2 sold a staggering 153 million units worldwide as of March 31, 2011 (wiki) and still sells strong in developing countries!
Haha, yeah it got me thinking when MS said they sold the most worldwide, yet failed to mention that they arn't winning Europe, a major territory in the global market and that people say Nintendo are failing...are they really? the numbers don't lie.
haha, your not wrong there, at least not all the sequels and reboots are bad, we have a better success rate with them than the movie industry does :D

I lost interest in Tekken after Tekken 3, a long time ago indeed, but the titles I tried on the 360 were gob smacking awful.

Damn right mate, me and Ruth can't wait to co-op the c**p out of this game! soon as we finish our (3rd) playthrough of Borderlands were going to hit up the complete halo catalogue in preparation for Halo 4 :D

Other than the first couple of videos the whole thing was a whopping let down in my opinion.
Developers, people interested in game engines and things that go on behind the scenes, but yeah your right, for everyone else, this article is a bit dull :-p
