Clueless Muppet.
Rofl, good on him I say. Just bring a flame shield!
That would require actual effort, though. C'mon, give IW a break - they've been rehashing the same crap on the same engine for a couple years now, you can't expect them to innovate now!
Modern Warfare 1 supported 100+ players on PC lol.
ugh Cortana.... dammit.
All hail the PC.
Also, please do not use an apostrophe to create a plural (I'm mentioning the fact the article says "cap's")
Good on you razer.
Logitech G35 is a pretty good headset overall, only problem I have is the ear piece plastic stuff is like...falling apart.
You'll have to pay a sub fee to be allowed to participate in the competitions that would let you win stuff such as Jeeps & iPads.
But the rest is free, true.
Alright, well....As a fan of BF3, colour me excited to see this game too :P
Seems like the engine is very situational. That's good and bad. Good, because for the situation the engine is good for, it's going to shine extremely brightly, but obviously it's a bit of a con if you're engine isn't versatile enough if you will, to be able to do a huge range of different genres/situations such as the GTA example. Well, maybe ID Tech 6 will have a broader range of support.
Imagine DOOM 4 :P
One way to make that happen is to put BF3 onto Steam.
Crysis 1 and Battlefield 3 are the best looking games ever. The article doesn't explicitly specify that "best game ever" has to be restricted to the PS3 platform. So no, Uncharted 3 is not the best looking game ever.
What does he mean by this?
Comm-Rose?
A reference to Squad Leader?
Or the actual commander, ala BF2?
Don't use an apostrophe to create a plural.
Looks kinda cool.
What a square name.
Keep it up Carmack.
The thing is, let's say we have total VR, the game reacts to your movements etc....you'd need a MASSIVE room to make sure you don't smash into furniture etc.
